I purchased a Certified used Toyota Sienna in June, and in August had to have all four brake rotors resurfaced. They were warped. Amazingly, the brake pads were brand new, so the dealer clearly installed in August had to have all four brake rotors resurfaced. They were warped. Amazingly, the brake pads were brand new, so the dealer clearly installed new pads over bad rotors just to move the vehicle and "pass" the 160 point Certified Vehicle inspection. I was on vacation, and had to take the vehicle to a Toyota dealer while away, at the cost of $385.00 to fix the brakes. Upon my return, I contacted Newburgh Toyota. They did not respond. So I filed a complaint with Corporate Toyota. I was told there was nothing Toyota could do. It was between myself and the dealer. What is the point of the "160 point" inspection process? It means nothing. I will not purchase a Certified Toyota again, and I will never again work with Newburgh Toyota Scion in New Windsor, NY. More

I feel they really went the extra step to get me affordable payments that I am comfortable making on a monthly basis. That to me goes a long way they showed they cared about the customer. I will definitely buy another vehicle from them when the time comes they are as honest as they can be, remember it's a business too and there to make money but by all means not out to gouge people in need of a nice new affordable vehicle. There were no sales pitches just up front let the vehicles speak for themselves going on I appreciate that a lot. I would like to thank Kristen, Chris, and Frank sincerely. More
We just purchased a 2011 Toyota Sienna from Toyota of Newburgh. Nelson Rivera our salesman was outstanding. Being a past owner of a 2009 Sienna I thought the vehicle was basically the same. From the time we walked through the door Nelson was there from start to finish addressing any issues or questions we had. After the sale was completed Nelson informed us if we had any questions at all or needed help setting our phone up or any issues to bring the vehicle in and he will help us! My husband and I had a great experience in purchasing our 2011 Prius at the Newburgh Toyota. We were commenting to each other on the whole feeling of the dealership. It was relaxed and friendly and in turn made us feel at ease and comfortable to sit there.
