Nice greeting and a very helpful and knowledgeable receptionist greeted us and made a good first impression. Megan Higgins, our salesperson, was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and provided a stress free experience with none of the stereotypical car dealer high pressure tactics we experienced elsewhere. Megan followed through and answered our questions and a couple of days later we purchased a 2013 Certified Highlander. Good job Newburgh Toyota. More

A No Hastle Precision Car Buying Experience I have purchased my last 7 cars from Newburgh Toyota, and have had some very good experiences, and some where I felt the interactions were less than t I have purchased my last 7 cars from Newburgh Toyota, and have had some very good experiences, and some where I felt the interactions were less than transparent. This most recent purchase exceeded my expectations, and delivered a quality car aligned with my financial needs given that I have 2 children in college. The sales person was attentive, and delivered on all of the commitments that she made. She explained the details behind the price of my used car purchase, and took extra time to provide me all of the information I requested. Janice went overboard and even helped wax some of the imperfections out of the paint! I would definitely buy from this dealership and seek her out as a sales person. More
