Service Center - Long waits I have had multiple long waits for simple oil changes. This past experience today(1/24/20) was the worst. I arrived 5minutes before the doors opened I have had multiple long waits for simple oil changes. This past experience today(1/24/20) was the worst. I arrived 5minutes before the doors opened(6:55AM), I was the first customer in the bay. The scheduled service was for a oil change and tire rotation. I was informed that an alignment & cabin filter was recommended and after my hesitation it was decided that they would throw in the initial tire rotation for free if I added those services, which I greatly appreciated. At aprox 8:30AM(1.5hrs after arriving for routine maintenance), I noticed my vehicle had been pulled into the receiving bay as the work has been completed. For 15minutes I watched Toyota techs drive it around in circles to allow other customers who have checked out to get out. At this point(1hr 45mins after arrival) I walked into the service area reception and asked what was going on as we all watching my vehicle driven around the loop again. They apologized greatly as somehow my paperwork was placed on a desk where no one was and I was brought to the cashier to checkout. The cashier creditcard machine was down and I was asked if I would wait longer. At this point I asked for some form of discount for the extreme weight. They made a copy of my credit card to scan at a later time and would call me with new discounted total. When they called me, I was told there was nothing they can further do. I would also like to point out that I have purchased 2 brand new Toyotas(4Runner/RAV4) since 2016 from this same place, and had all their service done there, before replacing the RAV4 for the Sienna. All of the employees were very respectful and well manured. But I do not think I will be returning for Service or to purchase any new vehicles after this. And I would caution anyone on a schedule todo the same. More
