The personal attention we received from Mary while there was very good, but it was the after hours attention (text and email) that set her apart from the rest. Tom, the Sales manager was able to work things within our budget after genuinely listening and not dismissing us. Additionally, we had a few last minute changes (that were sorta big changes) and Randy, our financial guy, was able to roll with it all and make it work on OUR timeline. Out of curiosity, to determine a trade-in price for our '08 Tacoma, we drove into newburgh Toyota at 11am on a Saturday morning. After Ed's incredible amount of research, coordinating, number crunching, etc., we drove out at 3pm in a 2017 Tacoma - and that included an hour and a half for us to go out to lunch! Nice surprise.
