Fast, enthusiastic sales team. Our salesman, Dane, was very knowledgeable about the hybrid RAV4 we were interested in. He was energetic and professional and had plenty of patience with us. He allowed us two long test drives on streets and highway. He ran about 6 sets of numbers for us. Despite all this, the whole sale process took under 3 hours. The deal was also good. Fair price for new vehicle and trade in. Financing was as promised, promo rate. I wish financing wouldn't try to sell anything other than the bumper to bumper warranty. Haven't used the service dept yet. We need to return to get a couple of added options installed. More

Generally good, communication could have been a little bette I was generally happy with my experience at Newburgh Toyota.
