Best experience with a car dealer ever! I had recently been in a car accident and my car was totaled. So needless to say it wasn't my choice to shop for a new car. I was absolutely dreadin I had recently been in a car accident and my car was totaled. So needless to say it wasn't my choice to shop for a new car. I was absolutely dreading the whole experience. I hadn't had to deal with the process in 11 yrs! I had been to a couple of dealers before I went to Toyota and gotten the usual feelings of being manipulated by the sales team. That all changed when I had the pleasure of dealing with Gina Marafioti . She was very patient with me as I was asking all kinds of questions. If she didn't know the answer she would actually go find out instead of giving me and answer for the sake of appeasement. Not only was she patient with me asking questions but she returned my calls, responded to my emails, and made time for me all three times I went back to visit before making my final decision on the 2015 RAV 4. Gina really had my best interest at heart and played a huge part in making my decision to go with Toyota. I feel that I now have a reliable resource at Toyota on top of being extremely happy with my new car. The sales and finance managers were also great in facilitating my experience. I will be recommending this dealer, and specifically Gina to everyone! More

Will definitely return to Newburgh Toyota when I need another car. Megan Higgins was persistent about encouraging me to check out this dealership before making a decision to buy. She was very professional and an important reason I postponed acquiring a car until after I visited this dealership. My daughter and I are glad we did. More
