At that time my family and I purchased three cars in a week from you. Although we had always experienced quality services in all Toyota locations your service was the most proficient and you were extremely professional and trustworthy. When it was time to purchase a new Rav 4 I knew in my heart that I had to return to Newburgh Toyota-Scion. Completely satisfied I walked into Newburgh Toyota Scion only to browse the 2015 corolla because my 2014 versa note has a slow pickup. I told him yes and that I spoke to Megan the day before from and email that I sent them, to find out how much I can get for my trade. Dennis told me to wait While he can check to see if someone had been assigned to me. Dennis came back quickly and informed me that he can help me. Dennis asked me a few question like: What car am I interested in, color and body type. After I told Dennis the answers to his questions, Dennis said I have the car and would you like to test drive it. I told Dennis yes I would. Dennis Went to get the car and about 10 minutes passed by and Dennis returned with the car and explained that he was sorry it took him so long, Dennis had to remove the snow from the car. Needless to say the car was exactly what I wanted. So Dennis and I sat down to go over the figures (Purchase Price). after speaking with Dennis, Dennis went to get the estimated price sheets for (monthly payments and leasing payments). I told Dennis that I wanted a certain price for my trade. When Dennis came back he said that my trade was valued less than what I wanted. I told Dennis this will not work and Dennis said wait a minute and I will get my manager. The manager came over pretty quick and said the only way he could give me what I request for my trade is, if he thought I was going to differently going to buy the car. I informed The manager I would, So the manager met my trade request. I inform Dennis that my wife would have to see and love the car before I sign. After discussing the purchase of the car with my wife. My Wife and I decided a few more things needed to happen before we would buy the car. I emailed Dennis with the extra requests and told him that we will be there around 12 pm the next day. My Wife and I showed up the next day and my wife fell in love with the car. My wife took the car for a test drive, she was completely satisfied. So now I thought, it's time talk about the extra requests I made. To my surprise Dennis walked over to us and said all your extra request were taken care of. This was a pleasant and wonderful experience. The total time before signing was 2 and 1/2 Hours at the dealership. This was amazing! because it always take 5 to 6 hours to get to this point. As for the financing, great deal!. I highly recommend Newburgh Toyota Scion for there service. Just like to add Megan, Dennis and John, Thank you for one of the most pleasant experience. More
