I have always had great service and for that I can say Alex and the team have been there for me when I really needed them. I had a problem with one of my tires as I left work in the City of Newburgh on a Saturday after 3:45. I called and they waited for me to get there, got me back on the road and I was able to get to work on Sunday and they had my repaired tire back on my car on Monday morning. I expected similar experiences when starting my new car search. Contrary to my expectations, and thankfully, my experience at Newburgh Toyota was fantastic. I was originally drawn there after my mother, a very hard woman to impress, was won over by their salesmanship. A year later when I went to buy my car, they remembered her well. They were no nonsense, non-obtrusive, and never made me feel like my decision was forced, rushed, or anything but my own. In fact, I drove 2.5 hours to this dealership over many other (much) closer dealers because the service and experience was so great. I am confident I got the best deal possible, with the least stress. My mother and I specifically dealt with Frank Fabiano and Nelson Rivera, both a pleasure to deal with; both very highly recommended. I dealt with Tom Dillon in financing who was also highly competent and easy to talk to. There is no hesitation that if I want another Toyota I am going to Newburgh. Further, if any of my friends or colleagues want one, I am also sending them to Newburgh Toyota. I am not associated with any dealer, know any dealer outside of the professional arrangement.
