There was no waiting around. I had a very pleasant experience. The finance manager was great paper work was completed in a timely manner. Before I drove the vehicle away the sales person went over the vehicle in detail. I was in the market for a new 2014 Tundra. Being a previous customer at Newburgh Toyota I checked their website and saw that they had a vehicle I was interested in purchasing. My inquiry was answered immediately by Kristen Galik. She gave me their price for me to purchase the vehicle and felt the price was very reasonable. I was than placed in contact with Eduardo Ortiz via telephone and after a few minutes we made a verbal deal over the phone. I than made arrangements to go to the dealership to look at the vehicle and proceed with the paperwork. Upon arrival to the dealership I was impressed with the new building and the friendliness of the staff. After a brief wait I finally met Eduardo face to face. We spoke about the purchase of the Tundra and my current trade in of my 2012 4 Runner. The paperwork was effortless and the deal was exactly as promised. My wife and I recently visited Newburgh Toyota to discuss the end-of-lease options on our 2011 Rav4. Eduardo Ortiz, their acquisitions specialist, took great care to explain the relative merits of buying th the end-of-lease options on our 2011 Rav4. He took us for a test drive, demonstrated the new features of the 2013 Rav4, and even helped us choose a color. We drove out of there in a new car that day, but not before we were ably and pleasantly assisted by John Roscino with finance, and Mario Giordano, the general manager of this new, state-of-the-art dealership.
