Both went out of their way to answer my wife's and my questions. We never felt pressured. They explained and demonstrated anything we asked. And the price we got on the new RAV4 was great! I had occasion to meet with Eduardo Ortiz on May 25th. Even though there were many potential customers in the showroom, Eduardo was able to meet with me at our desinated appointment time. After a brief discussion we were able to narrown down my needs and we went out for a test drive in a 2013 Corolla. When we returned, I knew that I wanted the same car that I had on my previous lease, which was a Camry LE. We discussed what colors were available and I chose the one that I had seen on line. Eduardo then went to his manager to discuss what lease price would be best for this vehicle. After a brief discussion and negotiation we agreed on a monthly lease cost. He then proceeded to ask if I wanted the car the same day. I said that would be great if it was possible. He assured me it was. After the paperwork was completed and signed and the car detailed, I was then presented with the keys to the car and Eduardo went over the various aspects of the car as compared to what I had on my previous Camry. Eduardo was extremely patient and thorough in his knowledge of the cars and even though he had other customers waiting, he never rushed the deal with me. He should be commended for the fine work that he did and expedited the sale of the new Camry. I appreciate all the help he provided and would recommend him to any and all friends and family that are interested in purchasing a Toyota. His negotiation skills were exemplary considering that I was able to get a new 2013 Camry with monthly payments that are $20 less per month than what I have been paying on my former Camry. More
I first saw the new RAV4 when Leslie gave me one as a replacement loaner vehicle, I needed the larger carrying capacity. I had the benefit of getting to drive it for a time while my 2002 Sequoia was bei replacement loaner vehicle, I needed the larger carrying capacity. I had the benefit of getting to drive it for a time while my 2002 Sequoia was being worked on. I was hooked! I looked around at some other car manufacturers. I bought my Sequoia from this dealer and had a great experience then also. Well, after looking at others, they couldn't compare with the RAV4 AND the experience I have had with this dealership over the years. I highly recommend them for both sales and service. Maureen made the buying experience a pleasure, and John in financing was both prompt and efficient. Bought a "certified pre-owned" piece of junk for 16k+. This car was not thoroughly checked out prior to being sold. Inside glove box has sticky residue from some kind of label or sticker. Service dept. said they don't have anything to remove it and I should go to Home Depot and get some "Goof Off' to try to remove it. The car has not driven properly since I got it. It bucks and jerks and the RPM needle swings up and down between the speeds of 40-50 and 60-65. The only way to alleviate the problem is to take your foot off the gas completely or push harder on the accelerator. Now I get to spend my Saturday morning in the service department with a hunk of junk that I have owned for only one month. My sales person (Mitch something) does not respond to emails or complaints. I spoke to him 3 days after getting the car and all he could say was he would be on vacation. He didn't seem concerned with my problems or take any interest. I feel ROOKED by CROOKS. More
My wife and I finally caved on the idea of owning a minivan and decided that we wanted to test drive an AWD Toyota Sienna. After a lot of online looking we found the exact configuration and color, close to the price that we wanted, in stock at Newburgh Toyota. I had some questions about the vehicle and pricing that were answered quickly and professionally by Steve Tamberino a representative from the internet sales department. Based on the positive impression left by that conversation we decided to take a spur of the moment trip down that same night to see if we could test drive the vehicle. Upon arriving we were approached by a very friendly Maureen Hogg who offered to assist us. Maureen was excellent. Our "test drive," unbeknownst to her, involved loading our 3 children, 2 of them in car seats, our strollers and diaper bags and everything else we could find, including Maureen in and out of the vehicle numerous times. Then we all took a ride together, changing drivers and seating positions at one point. Through the entire evolution Maureen was friendly, professional, informative and super patient. We loved the Sienna and Maureen and decided we would see if Newburgh Toyota could lease us that vehicle at our budget price. I went down to the dealership a couple of days later to talk price, fully ready to walk away if our price could not be met. Frank Fabiano, the General Sales Manager, and Maureen gave me a price, a very fair one. They then listened to my rambling and the price that I needed to be at in order to purchase the car. Frank and Maureen told me to give them a little and they would be right back. A short while later they came back, shook my hand and presented me with an agreement that met all of my criteria. My family drove the car off the lot later that afternoon. They had the car prepped and all the paperwork done prior to my arrival and assured that the entire process was quick and painless. I have had the vehicle for almost two weeks and still have a great feeling from not only the purchase but the entire process. Maureen has contacted us 3 times since our purchase, one of them a nice "Thank you" card, to assure that we were happy and to let us know if we need anything that she is available to help. Overall great experience, I would definitely buy another vehicle from Maureen and Newburgh Toyota. Thanks guys! More
