We used to come to Toyota of Newburgh for service on our 2001 Sienna van when we lived in the Hudson Valley. We moved to NJ in 2005 and had our van all these years. Finally, had to look for a new "used " S 2001 Sienna van when we lived in the Hudson Valley. We moved to NJ in 2005 and had our van all these years. Finally, had to look for a new "used " Sienna and we were happy to see one available at Newburgh. We spoke to Steve in the internet department on the phone and he made a great first impression. From the minute I got to the dealership felt so comfortable. Steve introduced me to Nelson and he told me all about the car that was available and we did a drive and I just felt I was dealing with a very straightforward person. I usually don't feel comfortable around car salesmen but Nelson, Steve and the others at this dealership were different. My husband came with me a few days later and felt the same....and we loved the car so we bought it.
