I went into Newburgh Toyota only hoping to 'sit and look through the window' of a RAV4 but when I arrived, they had a wide selection of RAV4's including all sorts of colors, engine choices, and the upgrades through the window' of a RAV4 but when I arrived, they had a wide selection of RAV4's including all sorts of colors, engine choices, and the upgrades. Maureen Hogg was extraordinarily friendly when I told her my needs and brought me to look at the extended lot while also explaining the pro's and con's of all the models of RAV4, while also explaining to me what all those meant in the long term and how that could apply to what my interests are. As a first time car-buyer, she was incredibly helpful giving me an unbiased report on all aspects of every model and she took my cost preferences and my needs into account in every report. She spent the whole afternoon with both my parents and me and then was very efficient in the follow-on process after I had decided I wanted to buy one of the RAV4's in the lot. She did a great job going in between the many desks, specialists, and anyone else needed in the process of buying and planning the registration of the car. Afterwards, she followed up with emails and phone calls with further information on when and what I need to pick up the car, and she also worked well with the USAA insurance agency ensuring that my newly-established car insurance plan would enact in time to pick up my car. She helped me close out the car purchase and drive out of the lots in a fast and efficient manner, spending an adequate amount of time explaining all extra features on the car and the necessary safety information. After I drove away, since then she has been doing a great job following up on phone asking me how much I like, or LOVE, my new RAV4. I am so pleased that I had Maureen Hogg as my consultant and seller of my very first car. More
