My wife and I had visited a Ford Dealership and they were the rudest people I ever met. I went online to look at the new cars Toyota had. Since I bowl next to this dealership I went online. I received an e-mail from Steve Tambarini with answers to my questions. He made me feel like a long time customer. My wife and I visited the dealership. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted with such warmth. We meet with Eduardo Ortiz. He took the time to find out what our needs were. He showed us the Carmry LE in red that I liked. BUT my wife who does not drive saw a different color car which she like. Mr. Ortiz got the keys and we took it for a test drive. Mr. Ortiz really knows his cars, he explained everything about the car. He explained the options the car came with. I explained that I had another car to trade in. He took care of getting me a trade in quote. My wife and went into the dealership to look and not buy. You guessed it with all the kindness showed us by Mr. Ortiz, Steve Tamarini and Bobby Messina who handled all my credit questions we bought the car. Especially Mr. Ortiz, he was always friendly right from the start when his computer started to act up...he didn’t get upset. He spent most of the day with me, and was professional and courteous the entire time. Even was concerned that I was able to eat. Below is my earlier message: Just purchased my first new car. Mr. Ortiz called me Monday to see if I was interested in selling my vehicle. Had considered it several times before and the next day was having a new muffler system installed so decided to talk to Mr Ortiz after my visit. Although the repair didnt take as long as expected, did return to his office a bit later that morning and we talked about different vehicles. Mr. Ortiz was very nice and not pushy like other salesmen I dealt with in the past. He took the time to explain several vehicles that I could be interested in, went for a test drive and chose the Corolla. Can't believe I was able to drive the vehicle home the same day!! Mr Ortiz was very professional and really seemed to care that I would be a satisfied customer. I also worked the financing with Mike Smith who also was very courteous and explained details of making this major purchase. My thanks go out to both Ed and Mike. I went for service for my 09 Highlander. I met Eduardo Ortiz (Eddie) and he suggested we take a look at the value of my Highlander. It turns out that a useed Highlander has alot of value and it was discovered that I could get a 2012 new Highlander for less $ in monthly payments then I was currently paying. However I really needed a used Corolla as a commuting car. It turned out that they gave me a great deal if I bought both cars. So I ended up with two cars and saved thousands. I have purchased many cars in my life and I can easily say that Eddie was the nicest most competent salesman I ever delt with. Any questions or concerns were delt with immediatly and with a smile. He is a wonderful salesman. Frank was extremely good while working out the numbers with me to close the deal at a price that I could live with. Mike went out of his way to obtain the best possible financing for me. The service department personnel also are always very courteous, efficient and knowledgeable.
