First of I would like to thank John Graffeo, who really went out of his way in helping me and taking the time to listen to what I was saying. When I started looking to replace my previous vehicle I had an uneasy feeling in my gut about visiting dealership to start looking to replace my vehicle. I spoke, with my son and he recommended this dealership. He had purchased his last vehicle from Newburgh Toyota and will do again because of the way he was treated the time. Well to sum this all up, you can rest assure at this point in time, if things remain the same with the way this dealership treats me, I will recommend this dealership to everyone I know who is looking purchase a Toyota. We had a great experience. We went to the service center for our 2002 Camry. The repairs it needed cost more than the value of the car so we decided that it may be time to trade it in for a newer model. Edu for our 2002 Camry. When I asked about the price the salesman , knowing that we were repeat customers with another purchase about a year down the road never bothered to ask his sales manager if he could knock anything off the price. Not even the courtesy of an, I"ll see what I can do for you, only "nope thats the price". Newburgh Toyota was very willing to work with me on this. I was referred by a co-worker to Newburgh Toyota Scion. The staff was friendly and courteous and went out of their way to make it a pleasurable experience for me. Lynn Desmond always has the paperwork ready when I arrive and so its just a matter of signing a few papers and I'm ready to go. This was the first time I met Maureen Hogg but she was easy to work with and made the sale go smoothly, even coming in on her day off so I could pick up the car when it was convenient for me. The service department is exceptional as well. Appointments are kept on time and they get you in and out with a minimum of waiting time. If you were to ask me if I would recommend Newburgh Toyota to a friend the answer is a definite yes because over the years I have recommended them to several friends. More
