I was looking for a lightly used Toyota Yaris but had a bad experience with a New Jersey Toyota dealer who treated me poorly. My wife found another Yaris at Newburgh Toyota. She negotiated an excellent price online with Steve Tamberino, the Internet Sales Manager. A few days later we went to Newburgh, test drove the car, and drove it home the same day. We went to lunch for an hour and when we returned the car was cleaned and prepped and the Business Manager had all of the paperwork ready to go. Our sales person, Eduardo Ortiz, honored the internet price and was extremely professional and friendly. He even added a personal touch by putting a clever "sold" sign on the car because other customers were still looking at it! All in all a great, no hassle buying experience. Dealer may be a little out of the way for some New Jersey customers, but definitely worth the trip. More

We had jsut moved into the Corwall New York area when we experienced our first early snow storm, our car had front wheel drive, needless to say we had a tough time & had to abandon our car on Route 107, tha experienced our first early snow storm, our car had front wheel drive, needless to say we had a tough time & had to abandon our car on Route 107, that night, the next day i knew we had to get AWD, so I started ahopping around for a SUV like our preivous RAV-4, we surfed the web, contacting many different car dealers in the Orange County area, finally we landed at the Newburg Toyota site & got a helpful reply from Kristin, we told her what we wanted & she tried her best to meet our needs, we went in to the Newburgh Toyota showroom where kristin introduced us to Chris DeThomas, he followed up where kristin left off, Chirs explained different otions to us, never pushing us, he showed us the cars we wanted to see & when we decided on one we wanted he walked us through the process, then we finalized our choice & agreed on price, terms & upfront money, Chris introduced us to Mike Smith the Finanice manager, Mike was also very informative regarding payments, interest rates, car registration, plates insurance & credit available to us, again no pressure, a big difference from what we were exposed to in NC when we were looking in that State, in any case we had a good buying experience, we got what we wanted at a fair price that we were willing to pay, really a pleasant, fast (only 1 day) & satisfying experience, i would be happy to refer anyone to Newburg Toyota.
