Spent $$ have same issue. As a DAV I don't have a lot of $$ to throw around. Went all the way here from Massapequa because of their service ratings and bad experiences service As a DAV I don't have a lot of $$ to throw around. Went all the way here from Massapequa because of their service ratings and bad experiences service wise from Both Wantagh & Levittown Ford. Check engine light was on, oil change & NYS inspection. To fix the check engine light they said they had to replace an emissions control valve, akin to the old PCV valve. Total cost $538.47 (That is with a discount they said they gave me) and the very next day the check engine light comes back on again. Drove it home, shut it off, next day start it up and wa-la check engine light on again. This is how it began with the other Ford service centers, they keep bringing you back and charging you more and more. They want me to bring it back, if they ask for more money for something else now I will tell them no thank you, I had to pay part cash and part credit card for the last repair. Because of the cost this instead of becoming most of my wife's Christmas present, it became most of mine. You start to wonder if they sabotage or rig the computer so something else then something else so on and so on. Just don't trust these guys anymore. More
