Worst dealership in New York. Sold us a lemon 8 months ago. Massive front end issues. Brought back to dealer numerous times for items covered by our warranty that Bob Belonzi the general manager sent to a ago. Massive front end issues. When we took it back again to the service department Bob yelled at my wife and told her that we were told not to do that only bring the car to him. Owners son Matt offered to replace the vehicle at no cost to us 100% guaranteed he said and now he reneged the offer because our bank wont give him our warranty refund. They also cancelled that extended warranty without our permission or knowledge. (I got the emails to prove it.) More
