We apologize for the unhappy experience at our dealership. Your current vehicle is still 100% covered under your powertrain warranty which you can take to any repair shop. It saddens us that you neglected to mention the fact this Dealership went above and beyond what was necessary to get you into a replacement vehicle at no additional cost. However, your bank was unwilling to provide you a check for the warranty refund. Professional courtesy goes both ways. You can still proceed with you substitution of collateral, based on the terms of your bank.

That is a 100% lie i spoke to Ford this afternoon and thats how we found out that the owners son matt took it upon himself to cancel my warranty without my knowledge or permission and they have that recorded and he lied to them and said i cancelled and then changed my mind and sent us a copy of the email from when you cancelled the warranty 2 weeks ago. Why would i cancel a warranty on a car that needs atleast $1600 of work that is warrantied? Are you going to say that didnt happen? And why would I cancel the warranty without another deal done and vehicle in place knowing this car you sold us is going to break down anyday and cant even be repaired under warranty because you cancelled it? And what exactly did you do to go above and beyond by showing us 2 cars that we were guaranteed by matt he could do a collateral swap at no expense. And last i spoke to matt the other day and he dropped from $1400 to $1200 also have the text to prove that you are lying. Then sends a weak text saying to pay him the money , file a law suit , or have the car fixed by my mechanic and not to contact him anymore. That how your dealership goes above and beyond by blowing off a customer that you did wrong. Im sure everyone would love to know why i spent $2000 on an extended warranty just for you to send my car to some barnyard mechanic who cant tell a front strut from a rear strut and why your general manager Bob yelled at us not to bring the car to service bring it directly to him when all the repair work was covered by warranty?? Sounds pretty suspicious to me. But thats the ground your dealership would like to stand on and make this a public mess no problem lets see who lying and who telling the truth. I bet my eyes my documentation of what has transpired is better then yours. This wasnt a problem until your dealership found out you werent going make anymore money off the warranty as quoted by John the account supervisor of ally bank. Thats why he wont speak to me or my wife anymore and told us not to contact him. Please deny this happened again and I will gladly post all the text and emails between matt myself and ford. I tried to be civil and resolve this issue even after Bob treated us like garbage and your response to us was just like every other dealership nothing but GREED!!!!!!!
