Mathew did a tremendous job helping me pick out the car based on my “requirements” and answered all 4 million of my questions like a champ. Victor got my car set up for me and taught me how to use it with ease. I meannnn the car starts from your phone. Come on!! Chris was super personable when I was signing over my life, I mean, signing my lease, and even Joe in Finance gave me the options and add ons and I never felt pressured! This is extremely important as a woman - I never feel spoken “down to” here as I have at other dealerships in the past and you all know exactly what I am talking about, ladies!! Paul made sure my car was super shiny and clean so I could take it right out in the rain. Do you know Paul? He’s a fixture over there, a man of many talents! He’s the reason I started shopping at Newins! Marty is the reason why I keep coming back - he’s without a doubt the best Service Advisor I have ever dealt with. He gives it to you straight - no nonsense. I trust him. How many times can you say that about the car service industry?? Overall, I always have an excellent experience at Newins Ford. Newins Rocks Back in 2014 i bought an awesome 2009 Ford Ranger. it was totaled just a few weeks ago and i went down to get the new 2019 Ranger and Matthew Stickne Back in 2014 i bought an awesome 2009 Ford Ranger. it was totaled just a few weeks ago and i went down to get the new 2019 Ranger and Matthew Stickney hunted down the exact one i wanted.
