I know I bought a used car, but I really thought the vehicle would be detailed for me to bring home. When I took the car for a test drive on a Sunday I noticed there was a an old flag in the car . When I picked it up to bring it home that same flag was still in the car, it’s one thing to have my dirt in the car it’s another to start off with someone else’s.. More

The price we agreed upon was within my budget. Trying to decided whether to go with gas or hybrid ( a new idea for me) was explained in detailed. Both Chris and Kyle listened to what options I wanted/needed in my new car and within a few short weeks I had my new car. I am happy we stopped by Newins. . More
Over and above.. We have traveled from FL. to spend some time with family. There has been a problem with moisture in the entire rear light for about 2 years. Each time We have traveled from FL. to spend some time with family. There has been a problem with moisture in the entire rear light for about 2 years. Each time we were told it's normal, that there were weep holes and after a few day it would dry up.. One day after a heavy rain, the entire light was full of water..Called customer service and was told to keep in touch with Newins Ford service mgn. (Ken) who, dealt with Ford. After a few day's, I was advised that that Ford agreed to pay 80%,"as a courtesy". The day that this dealer saw the vehicle it was 100 miles out of warranty.. So, we had to pay $800.00. I guess, it was better than $2,500.00. I don't really, feel that was fair seeing Ford is well aware of this safety issue. It should have been covered totally.. This Dealership and staff ware excellent. More
