Just like their service department the sales department is professional and thoughtful of the customer's needs. 30,000 mile service I made the appointment a couple of days prior and was processed as soon as I arrived at the service desk. I was a little disappointed with the time it took before my car was actually brought in for service (50 minutes) but once started, the work was done in a timely manner. I believe that when an appointment is made service should start within 15 minutes of the appointment time. Just saying. I still am very satisfied with Newins' performance and will continue to have my vehicle serviced there. More
