It was just before 2, hours stated you close at 4, Tom did not have a customer, in fact several salesmen were available, I had called ahead to arrange for a test drive. Tom was simply a rude, arrogant, and insulting man. Unfortunately for you and the rest of the staff, he is also the face of the dealership. Regards, James
