Way too much of a bad experience to list here But I’ll never go back. I’ll drive :20 mins to Sayville. I gave it a few trys since the dealership is in our neighborhood. It look me 2hrs with a deep cleaner to get all of the grease and dirt out of the carpet and every touch point around the car. It’s really a shame. More

I had my car towed to the dealership on a Monday. Called everyday for a loaner. It wasn’t until we emailed the manager, we received a car over a week later. I was then called to return it and pick up anothe everyday for a loaner. It wasn’t until we emailed the manager, we received a car over a week later. The car was tended to quickly and I was on my way in about ten minutes. When I picked up my car it was raining and after closing but car was placed under the bay awning which allowed me to check what wa about ten minutes.
