I am beyond happy with the service provided here. Courteous staff, appointment scheduled for the next day and everything was done within few hours. When I wasn't able to pick up my car during Service Courteous staff, appointment scheduled for the next day and everything was done within few hours. When I wasn't able to pick up my car during Service Department hours I was helped by Xavier from different departmemt and got my car anyway. They even sent all the paperwork straight to my house rather than make my drive all the way there just to pick it up. Well done Newins Bay Shore Ford! More

Scammers don’t care about customers safety. I have premium care where they required to maintain the car i been telling them to check my brakes i was told it was good meanwhile they not next day i went premium care where they required to maintain the car i been telling them to check my brakes i was told it was good meanwhile they not next day i went stevens ford i was told it was under 2mm barely anything left caliber was locking up they changed the next day . also they left my lug nuts completely loose put my life and others in danger good thing i went to mavis right after. Never give loaner cars my car set there over a week talked to service manager ken went there gave them the paper work from stevens and mavis he made copies said i ll take a look call you back i called them like 5 times still gonna get back to me they don’t take customers serious but when they get a mail from court they sure . unrealistic unprofessional they will charge and tell you things are wrong when there isn’t. i am writing this so the boss see this and takes care of it bad workers everywhere not the bosses fault More
