In light of the pandemic my husband and I were impressed that all social distancing precautions were followed. Recalls and 360 Camera Alignment In the past I’ve had good experiences with Newins service. This time however we made an appointment for recalls on my F-150 and to have my 360 camera In the past I’ve had good experiences with Newins service. This time however we made an appointment for recalls on my F-150 and to have my 360 camera system realigned. We were quoted $150 for the camera realignment and that it would take an hour. When we got the call the truck was ready we were informed that the camera alignment required $1,200 calibration mats (which Newins apparently does not have) and the realignment was not performed. Really disappointed that appointment was taken and the realignment not performed. More
Brought in for the works oil change. They found and replaced defective rear rotors under warranty. Practiced good social distancing. Professional and courteous. Wasn’t happy. Saw water in my vehicle and didn’t wipe it out. Poor decisions when they new I had a concern in regards to a mold smell in the vehicle. Never Again Purchased a used vehicle from these CLOWNS. Car was in a MAJOR accident,I guess they forgot to mention that. And on top No spare tire,Jack or lug wren Purchased a used vehicle from these CLOWNS. Car was in a MAJOR accident,I guess they forgot to mention that. And on top No spare tire,Jack or lug wrench and I received 1 key fob with the vehicle and the sales person and manager said, Well that's the way it comes from the dealer. Also they told me they did brakes on the car,guess what? the rotors and pads were SHOT! If i did not leave a deposit I would have walked away,but you know how long it takes to get your deposit back..Right? More
