I was very disappointed in the service and the way the whole social distancing standards were not followed.. the service person a young man brought my keys out to me at my car in the parking lot NOT wear whole social distancing standards were not followed.. the service person a young man brought my keys out to me at my car in the parking lot NOT wearing gloves or A MASK! I checked underneath my hood only to find both sides where my air cleaner filters are is covered with 3inches worth of leaves. When I asked him how can you do a BY state inspection and not clear this. His answer was we don’t clean cars. Then he said we can clean it if you want and proceeded to brush the leaves off into the parking lot with his hands .. of course many pieces remained and he walked away.. All Very Unprofessional.. Recalls and 360 Camera Alignment In the past I’ve had good experiences with Newins service. This time however we made an appointment for recalls on my F-150 and to have my 360 camera In the past I’ve had good experiences with Newins service. This time however we made an appointment for recalls on my F-150 and to have my 360 camera system realigned. We were quoted $150 for the camera realignment and that it would take an hour. When we got the call the truck was ready we were informed that the camera alignment required $1,200 calibration mats (which Newins apparently does not have) and the realignment was not performed. Really disappointed that appointment was taken and the realignment not performed. More
