NO NO NO NO NO! ! If you're completely looking to get screwed over by a dealer , this is the place to go!! Run from salesmen Tim. Also they will not fix any car that ! Also they will not fix any car that has an issue before selling it, but they will tell you it's good to go! This card was given to my husband today. Let's see if he can honor his words and make the situation correct.... if that happens, I might possibly update this review. But until then , I stick with this god awful horrible experience , and unless you want a nightmare steer clear... UPDATE.... Husband received call from Tim blackmailing us to take down the review last night, or he would not help us and the company would not help us fix the car that they sold us that was bad. Claiming they were trying to be nice. But being nice was not selling a car with known issues. I let it be known I would take down the review if they would help fix the problem that they sold us. I would update and be honest about it! We just received a phone call..... Because I would not take down review until the problem was fixed they said they will not fix the problem... By saying that alone, it's basically admitting they screwed up but because I posted a review talking about our experience they are holding it over us. Proving point again the store owner...manager head guy... Whatever you wanna call him did not keep his word as well. ... .......Don't be fooled when you see a comment saying call us so we can make this, right. They don't make it right, not whatsoever. They told us to com pick up the car that they would not fix it. More

I made an appointment for 7am online a few days ago. I get here at the appointed time. Once greeted I’m told that even with an appointment it’s first come first serve for an oil change. Why not just not I get here at the appointed time. Once greeted I’m told that even with an appointment it’s first come first serve for an oil change. Why not just note first come first serve on the website? Not appointment based right? What’s the point of an appointment but I didn’t say anything, it was about 3-4 cars in front of me. I went and inquired about the wait time around 8am which scott informed me that it would be about 1 hour to a hour and a half. As I still sit here @ 9:12am since 7:00am. Just routine maintenance on jeep nothing more. No one has come to say it’s taking a little longer than expected or anything. Finally around 9:35am after simply getting an oil change and tire rotation, I voiced my concerns with Scott, he stated well we’re a pretty busy place and there’s really nothing we can do about that, and proceeded to tell me how Scott Evans the place I was going to previously had no workers because they walked out and they came there for a job. What does that have to do with anything going on here? How about communicating, updating your policy or simply apologizing for the inconvenience instead of gaslighting the situation. None of that took place, too much like right I guess. I won’t be returning to this location. Don’t come here if you value your time and customer service. A generic response isn’t needed, just making people aware of what they’re up against when visiting this location. More
