Newnan Peachtree Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram - Service Center

My 18 year old Son return to Newnan Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram yesterday due to a warning light on my 2010 Chrysler 300 certified preowned automobile that I purchased 30 days ago. After leaving my vehicle with James in the service department my Son waited to get the results. Surprisingly to me I received a call from Anthony within the hour! He advised me there we some codes found and they would need to keep my vehicle to trouble shoot. I agreed and we made arrangements for a loaner vehicle. Later that afternoon James telephoned to tell me they found and corrected the issue. I have been to other dealerships/mechanics in the past (with previous vehicles) and always seemed to have had a hard time trusting the way they serviced my vehicles, possible costing me at lot of money. I have not experienced the level of commitment to customer service as I have with the service dept. here at Newnan Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. A special thanks goes out to James and Anthony for being so helpful in assisting with the servicing of my vehicle. Newnan CDJR has recently opened in Newnan, GA and I believe they are on the right track for success. I feel its a great dealership which has earned my trust and continued business. This was my second visit to this dealership and I have found them (especially Nate Roden) to be the best. I had previously used the dealership in Union City for my service, but I have to say, the service found them (especially Nate Roden) to be the best. Went in this weekend to get our Durango serviced (oil change, tire rotation, and minor maintenance issue). Nate and Jason were working, and did a great job as usual. I came for a recall on a 1998 jeep grand Cherokee. It was my first visit here. Nate welcomed me upon walking in & treated me like I was purchasing a new top of line car. The people were are very friendly and helpful. My car was taken back for the service recall in about 25 minutes and was finished in about 25 minutes also.
