Absolutely Wonderful! My husband and son went in to look at the Jeep Wrangler - our son was leaving for college the next day- Mike and Bob went out of their way to get eve My husband and son went in to look at the Jeep Wrangler - our son was leaving for college the next day- Mike and Bob went out of their way to get everything done so that they could drive the Wrangler off the lot that day. They were so very helpful and efficient. I cannot say enough positive things about this dealership. They went above and beyond! Three days later, we went back to the dealership to purchase a new Jeep Cherokee for me - Again, another positive experience. Everything went so smoothly. I felt like I was part of the family by the time I left. There was no haggling or I'll get back to you on that's. They answered every question and they were so helpful. I will never go anywhere else to buy a car and will highly recommend this dealership to all of our friends and family. More

Car Purchase Experience - I Recommend Clare of Newport It's easy for me to summarize my experience at Clare of Newport by simply stating if you are in the market to purchase a new vehicle and within a driv It's easy for me to summarize my experience at Clare of Newport by simply stating if you are in the market to purchase a new vehicle and within a driveable distance to Newport, I urge you to give this family dealership a chance. Why? My wife and I we're in the market for a new Jeep Cherokee. So we spent time searching the the internet using a combination of car buying sites and dealership sites to isolate what we felt appeared to be good deals combined with strong online reviews for dealerships to work with. Our search led us to first make a internet inquiry via the dealer's website about the availability of one vehicle around 7 pm on Wednesday night. Within 30 minutes, we got both a prompt call and email response from their internet manager, Barbara, who confirmed the availability of the vehicle and offered to give her a call if we had any additional questions. No sales push...no incentives to try to get us in. Just a simple response to our question. This led me to make the 2 hour commute to Clare of Newport with my dog (the dog was not planned to originally come along). With no idea of whether or not I would even purchase a vehicle, and to my suprise, management and staff welcomed both my dog and I immediately into the showroom without any hesitation, issue or attitude. In fact, no only did the offer us water, but they played with the dog and even allowed us to stay in a private office with staff so they could play with and watch my dog while I went for a test drive, etc. Now the fun part - the sale. At no point was I ever pressured to make a decision and/or purchase of a car. In fact, quite the opposite. Barbara and staff we're focused on answering any and all questions I had. We reviewed the car fax on the vehicle, discussed warranties, etc. Price never really came up until I initiated by sharing what I was hoping to spend. Upon this discussion, my price request was brought to Robert, a owner and general manager, who reviewed my trade and pricing request and quickly worked with me with very little pushiness or negotiation to get to a price that worked and was fair for both sides. The rest is history and I'm a satisfied and proud owner of a new Jeep vehicle. If you are looking for a dealer to work with for your next purchase, give them a shot. This is a 3rd-generation family run business that wants to make sure that your experience is memorable. I found them to be friendly, fair, patient and reasonable and put the needs of the customer well above their own individual interests and needs. My experience was truly fantastic and I can't recommend this dealer enough. Give them a shot, I'm confident you won't regret it. More

Work Done to 08 Honda Civic I went in to Clare Jeep to have my AC repairs on my 08 Honda Civic. The service department was knowledgeable, attentive and responsive. I needed add I went in to Clare Jeep to have my AC repairs on my 08 Honda Civic. The service department was knowledgeable, attentive and responsive. I needed additional work done to my car and the service manager was very helpful in explaining the issues to me. The work was done quickly, and I was kept informed of the progress. When additional issues arose a few days later they fixed the issue (which was not their fault), at no additional charge. I will be bringing my cars, no matter the make or model, to Clare for all future work needed. The staff was professional, courteous and appreciative of the business. More

Top notch body work on my 2004 Toyota Prius I can't say enough good things about the experience that I had with Tommy Nasser and his colleagues at Clare Dodge Chrysler Jeep of Newport.
