Mr. Cagney, I apologize on behalf of my co-worker who wasn't pleasant, we here at beautiful Newport Motors strive to give the best customer service exp. Also in regards to our company calling to collect your payment. You signed a contract that stated that you would make all payments on time. Because it was broke down isn't a reason for us not to collect payment. But I do apologize if no one related the message that we have an on-site service department that would have been able to fix your car.

Ms. Nephrati, First off, I would like to thank you for coming into our dealership. Second, I would like to apologize for the miscommunication, we offer different deals o.a.c.(like our $49dw.) They are real but need to be approved for it. But we also let you know when we hand you the keys to return with in 10 days up to 2 weeks to pick up your D.R.S so you will be able to register your vehicle.
