Upon arrival I was given immediate attention, JT was friendly and super helpful. They happened to have almost the exact Truck I was looking for in stocks (which is rare with the diesel engine package.) friendly and super helpful. Unfortunately we were asked to write a review before we went in to pay for our vehicle, Unfortunately at the buyer transaction we found out there was a $500 rebate that we were not aware of and it was appl went in to pay for our vehicle, Unfortunately at the buyer transaction we found out there was a $500 rebate that we were not aware of and it was applied to the purchase. Had we known beforehand it would have been in consideration of our "deal". We're retired and don't have a way to recover the $500. We certainly hope that they're happy, because on our way home to Gallatin..after driving to buy from Newton..we felt wronged and cheated and we never thought it would be like that. More

I wanted a used truck with very specific options and got screwed by a NC dealer who sold one with everything even though I had a $1000 deposit on it. Newton in TN had an almost identical truck (fixed inste screwed by a NC dealer who sold one with everything even though I had a $1000 deposit on it. Newton in TN had an almost identical truck (fixed instead of power assist steps). I called and Alex the sales manager went above and beyond to arrange a remote purchase with my trade in 24 hours. They gave me a bigger discount and reserved the new truck WITHOUT any deposit. Hayden the salesman was very knowledgeable and even helped me transfer my stuff from the truck I traded while it was raining. My entire time at the dealership was only about 2 hours - especially appreciated since I had a 13 hour drive to get there. More
