The sales rep that we were able to work with was absolutely wonderful. He was very patient with us and all of our many questions. After reviewing the numbers, we let him and the financing rep know we wanted to take a little bit longer to think it over. And, surprisingly, they were very understanding. Ultimately, we made our way back to Newton. We were able to find the best "bang for our buck" here, but the customer service definitely put them over the top. More

We originally stopped in to get repairs on our vehicle but decided repairs were becoming too frequent and wanted to look at a new vehicle instead. We had been looking at the Transit Van for a year, debating if it was the right vehicle for our needs. She got us into the vehicle for a test ride and showed us many details about the vehicle. She was quite knowledgeable. We started in the service department but I don't recall the names. The financing was a breeze, very impressive technology for completing contracts. More

He was straight with us, not like the other 10 car lots we went to and thought they should sell a junk to a woman because we would not know it was a junk.. The sales manager was a gem also, we were already getting a deal and he made it even sweeter.
