Stan "Ricky" Quevedo met us after we had been looking around the lot for a short while. We told him some of the features and preferences we were looking for. He was very patient and helpful, not pushy. It's kind of funny. I came onto that lot almost convinced that I did not want a Buick enclave-especially a pearl white one. But what do you think I drove away in that day? Yes, the very vehichle I thought I didn't want. Well, we are VERY HAPPY with our 2013 pearl white Buick Enclave! (my husband, our 2 daughters, and of course, me) I must say, I am very glad Stan met us on the lot that day. I believe we got the right salesman and the right vehichle. Wonderful!!! I could not have driven on to a lot randomly and found a better place to deal with. Heather was great!!! I explained to her I didn't have much time and was just looking for now. We talked as I looked at a few from the outside. After a few minutes I saw a Pathfinder that was perfect for me! I sat in it on Thursday, drove it on Friday (I didn't have time Thurs and she understood), and owned it on Saturday! There was no pressure at all!!! She was so helpful with everything! From helping me connect my phone to getting me in the vehicle I wanted at an affordable price! Everyone there in Shelbyville was great but Heather was wonderful!!! I have told several already about what a good experience I had and I will go there first next time. More
