First let me say that Alex, our sales rep did a great job. The car I went to look at was advertised as new. When we arrived, the car had 1,800 miles and hail damage. A member of the sales staff asked if job. The car I went to look at was advertised as new. When we arrived, the car had 1,800 miles and hail damage. A member of the sales staff asked if he could get me the same car, would I buy it for the same price. I called the next day and said I would buy it. He then told he misspoke and couldn't sell it to me for that price. I told him I would go with the price as long as the car was exact. When I went to get the new car, the interior was a different color and different engine. My wife was ok with it so we moved ahead with the purchase. They had asked me for a $500 deposit since they were getting the car from another dealership. When we did the financing I told the finance manager not to forget to credit the $500 back to my credit card and he said he would take care of that day. After three times reaching out for an update, I was finally told a check would be mailed to me. I also advised the finance manager that I had a specialized license plate to transfer to the new car. He said ok but I was still sent a new regular plate. This was the worst experience I have had with a dealership and I have bought many cars. I would not recommend this dealership. More
