Amazing people with warm hearts!!! I would first want to say I'm not a dealership person. Craigslist, swaps on Facebook, and other websites didn't have any vehicles of my liking or take I would first want to say I'm not a dealership person. Craigslist, swaps on Facebook, and other websites didn't have any vehicles of my liking or take trade-ins. My trip to a new car started in late April. I arrived 5 mins before closing and Sam was with open arms. He didn't push me away or push me into a vehicle I didn't want. The next day I was approved for a 2013 Ford Focus. I was shocked!!!! I didn't have ANY credit and the bank still approved me. Kris, one of the sales managers, took 4 hours of his time, just to get me approved. Sam, Kris, you two are the best salespersons I have known.
