Karen was so great at helping us get through the whole process and making sure we were comfortable and happy with our decision. Steve was so kind and worked with our budget. The paperwork portion went very smooth while working with Kramar. They put no pressure on us but were so grateful we even stopped by, before we even knew we were buying a car. Professional Customer Focused Came in to buy F150 we had agreed upon. I had a change of heart on color and within 10 minutes they had located a second truck for me and had a driver Came in to buy F150 we had agreed upon. He listened and asked questions to help in my selection of a vehicle. Steve was very thorough on the finance end. All the people at the dealership were professional, polite and had a sense on urgency when dealing with me. Mike (owner) introduced himself to me and made me comfortable and confident that I had picked the right dealership to purchase a vehicle. I drove from Atlanta to buy my truck. Dealers in ATL all wanted me to "come in" to get a "hard number". Same old sales stuff. Not the case in Shelbyville! I'll return to Shelbyville for my next purchase without hesitation. More
