I understand that the scratches on the certified pre-owned 2018 Ford Mustang were discussed with you both in emails and in videos sent to you, as well as in person when you came to see the vehicle. We wanted to fully discuss with you the best course of action, as painting would decrease the vehicle's value and cost you another trip up from your home. To avoid a longer wait at the dealership, our manager switched the bad tire for a brand new one for you, at no cost. Finally, your salesperson, Trae, did a master reset on the Sync system to make sure it was working before you left, and I understand that it was.
