Awful experience I drove 4 hours for a certified pre-owned car that we had agreed on a price. It took 7 hours just to get out of the dealership. It had a bad tire, scr I drove 4 hours for a certified pre-owned car that we had agreed on a price. It took 7 hours just to get out of the dealership. It had a bad tire, scratches they said they would fix and didn't, steering wheel was gross, and the biggest thing is the Sync system doesn't work properly. This was terrible service and not what you should expect from a certified pre-owned car. All they could say was sorry to hear that. More
