Dan was very rude and hateful. We would have purchased our vehicle there until he got involved and was very ugly towards us. We went to The Ford dealership Immediately after leaving and bought a new Nissa our vehicle there until he got involved and was very ugly towards us. I bought an Armada recently and had a good experience but was reviewing my paperwork today after reflecting and they were very misleading regarding the service contract. I thought we were declining to have most basic coverage but we ultimately have a $9000 service contract on top of manufacturer warranties. The financing portion of the process was all digital with the finance manager quickly rushing through without elaborating on costs. It is a live and learn moment but still can’t help but feel misled during the financing portion. More
