To reiterate his discussion with you, we are so sorry that your recent experience with us was disappointing. I understand that you've worked with us twice now in an effort to sell your vehicle, once in person and then again over the phone. Your frustration is valid, especially when our team did not pull up your information from your in-person trade evaluation to discuss over the phone.
