Houston, was phenomenal. Upon arrival he already had an idea of what I wanted. At one point it didn’t seem like those wishes were going to be fulfilled based off personal desires. The car buying process was expedited greatly, a lot faster than some had experienced. I am more than satisfied with the car. He also reassured me that I would never be a bother to him if I should need help in understanding the features of the vehicle. Overall, he displayed great customer service. As far as the finance department....I felt I was rushed in a sense to sign all contracts. Maybe because they were busy! I have also called twice since Wednesday (August 12) requesting to speak with someone in finance and I have yet to receive a returned call. More
