I told him I only wanted the vehicle I originally came for, and he respected that. He wrote down everything I was looking for and said he'd help me find the exact one. He was upfront with all the numbers, showed me the CARFAX reports, and was transparent the entire time. I left without buying a vehicle, but I left knowing I found someone I can trust.
