I purchased my 2010 Rogue SL from Newton Nissan on July 31, 2010 during their end of year clearance sale. I initially contacted 2 dealerships via the internet and Riley Groves at Newton was the first to re 31, 2010 during their end of year clearance sale. I initially contacted 2 dealerships via the internet and Riley Groves at Newton was the first to respond to me within 30 mins. He provided detailed quotes on several models I had inquired about and was very prompt in responding to all my emails. I went out for a test drive on the Rogue the following day. Riley was busy with another customer upon my arrival but quickly had another salesman assist me. I took the Rogue for a test drive and was very pleased with the quick response from the 4 cycle engine. After shopping around at a couple of other Nissan dealerships it was clear to me that Newton was willing to work with me on pricing and I liked the easy going relationship I had developed with Riley. Once I decided to purchase, Riley worked to get the numbers to where I was satisified and searched the inventory at other dealerships to find the exact specs I wanted for my Rogue. Mr. Rezi became involved when we began talking about rebates, financing and the final cost of the Rogue. He explained the rebates and financing options in detail and even honored a mistake in my favor that had been made on the initial quote. After a deal was agreed with Mr. Rezi and a period of waiting for an available finance director, Mr. King became involved in the transaction. At first I felt somewhat rushed once all the paperwork begin, but I was quickly put at ease realizing I could take as much time as was needed to feel comfortable with the numbers. As it turned out the financing option I was quoted by Mr. Rezi was not available once I got into Mr. King's office, but they both worked to give me additional incentives to make up for their mistake. Once all the paperwork was completed, Riley introduced me to the General Manager of the store as well as variuos service personnel. Riley even went so far as to personally install a bumper protector I had purchased AND setup an appt with a local installer to have a spoiler added to my liftgate! All in all, I would rate my experience with Newton a solid 9. More

My reason for scoring the dealership a 4 instead of 5 is because of Ron, the dude in finance. He was as off-putting as Justin was helpful. He seemed in a big rush and was snippy with his responses to some of our most basic questions. And the info he gave us regarding warranties and a few other questions we had was a *lot* different than the information presented to us from another sales person (besides Justin) earlier. More
Far and away this was the best experience my family and I have ever had in purchasing a new vehicle. We had an excellent sales representative in Justin Garza! The price we paid for an end of the model year new car was just $1000 more than a used car of the same model year at CARMAX, WOW!! Bruce Moss the finance Manager made financing the car a breeze. Again no pressure to get any extra just a great explaination of the options available to us. This all speaks well for the owner of this fine dealership who hires talented people and gives a fair price deal to any potential car buyer. We had been looking for several weeks for a black Nissan Titan for our 18 yr. old son and found the one at Newton on the internet. We drove from south of Nashville past many, many Nissan dealerships in the 100 Year Flood that hit Nashville and the surrounding areas on this rainy Saturday on May 1, 2010 to look at this truck!!!! We had called the dealership before we left home that morning and inquired about the truck, and let them know that we were on our way up to see it. Once we arrived in the pouring rain we were greeted at the door by Donnie Mallory with a big smile and an umbrella! We seemed to bond instantly with him and never felt pressured or pushed in any way. We wanted our son to be the one to test drive the truck since it was going to be his so we all piled in with our son driving. This was a first time experience for our son and Donnie was totally amazing. He spent a lot of time going over the truck and instantly made our son comfortable. After the test drive we sat in Donnie's office talking about a deal with the rain pouring down and the flood waters rising. Buying this truck was a totally different experience for us because we were made to feel so comfortable. Long story short----(and I say this because they went above and beyond to help us after we bought it and someone took our keys while we were in a restaurant down the road that night)we bought the truck and would definitely buy another vehicle from them. We drove about 1.5 hours to get a car I had found on the internet. Kevin was very helpful on the phone and answering my questions. Everyone we spoke with (Kevin, Mike Castro, Riley, and Bruce) were very laid back and friendly. Kevin and Bruce worked way past closing time to help us. Even though I had a paper due that night that I was trying to write (Just so you know, I got a B on that paper) Kevin is hilarious and even helped us getting back home since we got lost on the way there. I know he was very eager to sell me a car, but when it came to price there wasn't any haggling. He told me what the internet price was and said he just couldnt go any lower than that and for the car that I got, it was less than I expected. Even though the one I wanted was sold I got one I like even more. The dealership was nicely setup, well lit and clean. Good financing options even though we didn't take it because we already had financing. If you want a Nissan, buy it from Newton Nissan of Gallatin and work with Kevin Valentine! More

Rob in finance went over all of the numbers on the phone, got me a great finance rate, and never hit me with the "hard sell" like I've experienced at other dealerships. Bought the car Saturday afternoon. The car was delivered on Monday by a friendly, courteous driver, in immaculate condition. I live in the Atlanta area some 280 miles from the dealership so my concern was to get as accurate description of this car as possible. My first contact was with Michael Castro, one of the sale mangers, no pressure here at all. Just as laid back as he could be, not at all what you would expect from a typical used car purchase experiance. He put me onto a sales person named Josh. The reason I was told was product knowledge of the 350z. I know the Z very very well so I needed answers before I made the trip from Atlanta to Gallatin Tn and back some 550 miles round trip. Josh called me from his cell phone and he basically walked around the car detailing every little nick and chip he could find and there weren't that many. I asked him to look at certain things and describe to me the condition. He did this very well and was very accomodating, taking his time making sure he disclosed every item of concern I may have. The decission was made to move forward with this purchase. When we got to the dealership everything was ready for us. We checked out the car and I believe it was in even better condition that Josh had described. The only thing I was a little concerned about was that there was only one remote with the car but I was ok with that. Finance went smooth, accually very smooth, no surprises here either. fifteen minutes maybe. When we were leaving standing outside getting ready to head back to Atlanta, here comes a guy kinda jogging towards toward us waving his hand at us. He had somehow snatched a extra remote like the one we were missing and programed it for us. I will not mention his name because I belive there was a Z somewhere on the lot missing a remote. Don't want to get anyone in trouble. Bottom line, we will be purchasing a 370z in the spring, it will be a pleasure driving back over the mountains to Gallatin to pick this new one up. More
