Hello, This is Michael Rezi with Newton Nissan. I apologize for your experience and I am here to help. My Dealership participates in the DealerRater.com Certified Dealer Program. We are committed to providing high quality customer service, but based on your DealerRater.com review, you did not share that experience. That is very disappointing to us, and through this program we have the opportunity to work with you to resolve any issues with your experience at their dealership. Could you please give me some more details about the transaction? I will be more than glad to help you and find out exactly what happened. Thanks!

I have already been in and talked. At one point one of the managers just got up and walked away. Some kind of customer service. If you really want to help and resolve then it is going to take a lot of real concern and I have not seen it. The transaction is real and I lost a lot of money and now am driving a car I did not really want. Want to help, then please do.

What exactly happened? Your sales and management took advantage of me and made a bad situation even worse.

I understand how you feel. However, without your name, I cannot access your information and find out about your situation. Would you please tell me who you are?

If you want to help then you can do or make some kind of attempt without names. My car has warrenty and I worry about the reprocussion of being upset. I really do not trust giving out that info right now. What I will tell you is I spent a lot of money was mislead about cost and ended up with a car I really did not want that cost more. And just not happy at all. I have said before I was there (with someone) talked with a manager about the difference in the numbers on original paper and the numbers on the contract. Did not even want to talk!

Well, we have been here 9 months now and sold about 1000 cars. We had only one unhappy customer by the name of Brooke. If you are not Brooke, or if you do not want to tell me your name, I apologize but I cannot help you.

Great. This is not Brooke. But, I will get in touch with her. And I am sorry to say I have talked with others who have had problems and she is not the unhappy customer. And just talking is the same as before. I sat down. And just got the "o-well". Thanks

I just talked with Brook. She go ahead, you are talking with her dad. I am the one who came in with her and heard the numbers. And I am the one who came after she got the papers. And yes she and I were not told the truth. And after this long it is obvious no one cares. She still has warrenty and only tells me how she fells. She is truly scared to say anything to anyone there. And, yes I have talked with others who are very unhappy. I have told them of this site. We are giving up on any help and must let everyone know what has happened to her. She must now live with her mistake and hope she can pay for a car when she has house and kids and a very low pay rate. I found this site to post feelings not to argue. I have been there and know that is all there is. Thanks

We have tried to work-out a feasible resolution with "agentwill56" but everything that we tried was not acceptable to our customer. When "agentwill56" bought her first car, around the time her first payment was due, she came back stating that the car had problems. Our techs could not find anything wrong with the vehicle. We suggested "agentwill56" to try another mechanic to see if he could find the problems stated. After "agentwill56" refused, our General Manager decided to trade the car in (which was sold few days later to a local loyal customer who never had problems with it) for something that "agentwill56" would find fit. Our GM did not have to do that, but tried to keep "agentwill56" happy. "agentwill56" picked the car of her choice and agreed on price, payments, and terms. About a month later, and curiously around the time her new first payment should have been due, "agentwill56" came back stating that she wanted a different car because she did not like the car. Having bought two cars in the course of few months, made it impossible for us to trade it out of it for a new one. At that point "agentwill56" asked to exchange the vehicles for a new one. We tried to explain her that the car have been titled in her name, she had a loan with a bank, and the government had collected sales taxes. At that point she asked us to trade her car for her loan payoff. We explained that we could not do that because the loan included sales taxes, tag-title-license fees. So, even if we bought the car back for what she paid, she needed the money to pay for the sales taxes she financed. Not understanding, "agentwill56" became very upset, and started blackmailing us ever since. Our GM, decided to help her find something different, but every vehicle he found her, for the payment she wanted, is not up to her standards. "agentwill56" made a choice to purchase a vehicle. When she did not want to pay for it, she decided to bring it back to trade it for another. She tried that one more time, but unfortunately is now hard for her to do that. Both times, she was full aware of her actions. Blaming others for your own decisions, is something very upsetting to me. We are all responsible for our actions, and we have to live with the consequences. The entitlement mentality combined with the "bail-me-out" attitude, has brought us to the brink of disaster not that long ago. We should understand that and embrace the fact the we should be responsible, and we should always purchase something we can afford, not that we love but cannot pay for.
