Love my new-to-me car! Although she needed a little fix, they did their best to see us into the car. Some of the double talk (i.e. talking to one person then talking to another person in the company) was co they did their best to see us into the car. Some of the double talk (i.e. talking to one person then talking to another person in the company) was confusing, because they don't quite talk to each other. (i.e. one would say one thing then the other would say something different) No more than the usual "used car sales" shtick, that you should expect anyways. We did however get a good car at blue book value that looks to be a worthwhile investment. Tee was very kind and friendly. He has a good rapport with his customers. Given our credit situation, we could have done a lot worse than this place. More

Showed up on a cold Saturday with my three little girls. Was expecting the run around like most dealerships but was met by Robert Garcia. He was friendly and not forceful at all. My daughter had shared with me earlier about how friendly and helpful the people at NexCar had been when she needed to purchase a car. Sure enough I was greeted with a smile, asked what I was looking for, and what price range did I wanted to be in. I was given first-class assistance and the time factor was not a problem. He was very patient and allowed me to explore on my own with no pressure. I was really happy with the others who I had to meet with, also. I would highly recommend this dealership to all my friends. Overall, I felt that I was treated with respect and I am still happy that I came to NexCar. The highlight was when I rung the bell after Ken gave me my keys! I am still smiling! More
