I am going to be very honest, when my wife and I started the process at NEXCAR of Spring, TX I wasn't very sure that we would end up leaving with a vehicle that day. We had just gotten our '05 Durango out o the process at NEXCAR of Spring, TX I wasn't very sure that we would end up leaving with a vehicle that day. We had just gotten our '05 Durango out of the shop that morning at a place in Humble, TX (The Sunday prior it would not run any longer after issues developed with the Fan and Water Pump while at the Houston Zoo). So we had driven from Lake Charles, LA to the Houston area to pick it up and since we were already in town we decided to go look at vehicles because it was getting ready to be time for a new vehicle. The Durango had given us 5 years and it was over 150K miles and had dumped a combined $3,500 into it for things that were just wearing out finally. We also decided that a car over a SUV would likely suit us better. So the first place we went to was NEXCAR in Spring. We don't have amazing credit but I have a good job. I had also just spent $1,500 on getting the Durango drivable on the road again so I wasn't very interested in putting a lot of money down. My wife got us pre-approved for a Road Loan so we were at least showing up with something to work with. We started to process of possibly getting approved for other options the moment we got there. It was kind of slow process and that did make us a little uneasy at first. But, once they worked their numbers we went look at the vehicles. The dealer kept us focused on vehicles that were in our range for price and what we wanted to be able to pay per month. The wife picked the Maxima and I eyed a 200 since it was newer and had less miles. She drove both and we settled on the Maxima because we didn't want another Dodge/Chrysler and she has always been a major fan on Nissan as that was her first vehicle. We then began the process of working out what the numbers would end up being. They were a little higher than what we wanted to pay, so the dealer went to work to figure out how to get the numbers lowered. We ended up removing GAP because our insurance was already set to cover that. We also removed the extended warrantee since it was still under the manufacture's warrantee. Those two things got the numbers where we wanted them to be so we agree to the deal. We called our insurance and got a binder and learned that we were going to be with the same lender as we were for the Durango (Regional Acceptance), so I was kind of happy since I had a pleasant experience with them. When it was all said and done we had spent about 6 hours to get everything finalized and start signing the papers. I wasn't very "Enthused", but okay with it since we got it all done in stop and one visit to a dealer. As it turns out, it took a while because their finance guy had worked a much better deal for us with a different lender. They got us a loan that was 3% points lower and a lower bank fee that brought our monthly payments down $50 to the number that I really actually wanted to begin with. They went to work and really delivered. They got down to the number I needed and then got down to the number I actually wanted. So I instantly went from not joyed about it taking 6 hours to Happy to have spent the time there. They might not be the most knowledgeable on cars as they have such a wide selection of vehicles from luxury and sport cars to your domestics, but they can work the finance system and in my eyes that is what I needed. I can do research on a car and don't need someone to tell me about it. I can't make a lone happen and work the numbers to make it manageable and have the deal completely done and 100% financed before walking out the door. More

I brought a used car less than 60 days ago Went from the WORST car buying experience to the BEST car buying experience with NEXCAR. Why????? I brought a used car less than 60 days ago, that (I kid u not) less than 12 hrs after driving it off the lot, the pwr windows, and pwr steering went out AND the AC blew hot air only!!!....(obviously an pre- exsisting electrical problem, which I suspect they "patched up" just to trick the buyer and get it sold). After calling the lot (less than 12 hrs after purchase) they would not fix it or trade the vehicle....(which I gave a really decent down payment on.) On top of that, every time I called, the office staff would laugh in the background with snide remarks and comments, furthermore humiliating me. Then to go to several other lots??? and try to get another car??? and after explaining my situation, with not the best credit in the world, AND a NEW car loan on my credit!!! ( either the dealers wanted double the down payment on a mediocre car or just point blank not call back or follow up with promises of a solution)...furthermore stressful and leaving me stuck and hopeless. NEXCAR not only was sympathetic to my situation and worked with me, to get out of it!!!....but came thru and gave me a RELIABLE,NEWER MODEL,STYLISH "Top Of The Line" vehicle with an agreement that is realistic to my budget!!! The feeling of pulling up in the used car lot I brought that "piece of useless metal" from and tossing the keys back at them...to see the stunned faces, and gasp, as I drove off in my SHINY NEW "TOP OF THE LINE" ride NEXCAR gave me??? ~PRICELESS~ More

We went to Nexcar to see what they had since we have never been there before, we started looking at vehicles when Ken came up to talk to us, we told him what we were looking for and what we could afford never been there before, we started looking at vehicles when Ken came up to talk to us, we told him what we were looking for and what we could afford, and that was when we took the PT on a test drive. We liked it, it was at the right price we were looking for. Everything worked out great we drove home in the PT that night. Over all experience was great. Ken was a really great salesman.
