As someone with decent but not a glimmering credit score, I was initially pessimistic about the deal I could get at a pre-owned dealership. From the moment I walked on the lot I was greeted by Ernest who was eager and willing to show me around despite standing in the rain without an umbrella. After giving the vague description of what it was I was looking for, we went inside to begin crunching numbers. Inside is where I met Tee. Tee and Ernest worked diligently to gather the necessary information to ensure I would walk out with the car I had set my hopes on. To make a long story short, I was able to not walk out but drive off in my new car without putting a penny down. The price of my 2012 Chevy Impala was more than reasonable and my monthly payments were exactly in the budget that I gave to them at the beginning. I am more than impressed with the professionalism and lack of "salesman-like" pushiness that we all dread when walking onto a dealership's lot.
