After a really nasty experience with a different dealer my husband said to give Nexcar a call. I was extremely skeptical however right from my first phone call Robert put me at ease. He was friendly and professional answering my questions with factual responses as opposed to typical sales smoozing. I explained my situation and that I did not think there would be a way to work out a deal based on my credit situation. He assured me that if I could spare one hour his finance folks would be able to tell me what they could or could not do. I gave him a shot and true to his word he was ready and available at our designated appoinment time. He was patient, kind and professional and within that first hour we knew exactly where we stood, what could be done, and all with no run around or games. I am very excited to say after multiple cheers and pictures, I am the proud owner of the BMW I have always wanted, with financing through a reputable lending institution. Not only did I get the car that I have always wanted, I recieived phenomenal customer service and will recommend these folks to everyone I know, and maybe even some folks I don't! The folks at this dealership are second to none! I have terrible credit and these guys were able to come through for me when nobody else could.
