I had a great experience here at nexcar!!! Casy,the sales man, was very helpful and patient. He listened to me directly and made sure i was completely satisfied with my purchase. Nexcar was awesome! I found them on craigslist, called and was told to come in and I would not leave with out a car(if your seriously looking for one). I came in at 9am and left with a car by noon. I initially worked with Herman Zepedda and then with Iman. Both were extremely friendly and helpful. They were honest in their pricing and did not pressure me at all. I had some financial troubles but they were still able to work with me and get me into the car I wanted at 2000 dollars less than blue book. Bother Herman and Iman went the extra mile to ensure that my needs were met while ensuring that I felt in control. When I initially felt like the deal was not in line, they respected my desire to leave and think about it and then were willing to meet me half way to give me a deal that was win win. I went to NEXCAR because of an add that was mailed to my house saying, I could possible win a truck. When my husband and I got there; Nick Ryan came out to talk to us. I never once felt any high pressure salesman techniques. We did not win the truck; but we did win a 32 inch flat screen TV. We traded in our 2007 Kia Sportage for a 2007 Chysler Town and Country. The manager of NEXCAR was very nice to us too. Even after we purchased the car; he still took car of a tire problem we were having. Also, he did a new break job on our already purchased car. I left NEXCAR feeling like I could recommend any of my friends, co-workers, neighbors or even strangers to buy a vehicle from NEXCAR. I felt like the next car or truck that anyone should buy should be from NEXCAR. I really had that great of experience. More
