I don't think there are enough words to express how wonderful my experience with Nexcar has been. I am in the middle of a chapter 7 and not yet discharged. I had a Nissan Murano with very high payments and was very upside down so I had no choice but to surrender it. I didn't think anyone could make a deal work. I tried 4 other dealers who promised "no problem". But they never worked out. Then I got a flyer in the mail from Nexcar. I live an hour away so wanted to get as much done by phone as I could rather than drive the distance just to be turned away again. I worked with Ken Riley over the weekend by phone and email, and finally drove over on Monday. Ken was with a client and asked Anthony Soliz to continue with me so I wouldnt have to wait. Both gentlemen, and everyone else from the General Manager to the finance department were extremely professional and courteous, but most of all they treated me as an individual and took my circumstances into consideration in making the deal work and by golly they did! I was double stunned when Pia shared her lunch with me when she saw I was getting shaky having not eaten all day. Have you ever seen a car dealer do that? Little things can make a huge difference in building trust. I am very happy with my hot 2010 Dodge Charger, and delighted to give Nexcar and it's associates my highest recommendation. They did what no one else could! More

I heard about NexCar through Road Loans. I googled them and all reveiws were positive except only 1. I was deciding whether or not to go, expecting an exhausting and miserable ordeal. Wow, was I treated with respect, I not once felt pressured, and Henry worked so long and pushed me on thru with a beautiful 2010 Camry. The down payment plan was perfect for me and he set me up with an insurance agent and I was on my! I am so pleased with NexCar and Henry is the greatest. I already sent my son to see him and he got him in a car just today. I will recommend them to everyone who is talking about buying a car - they really are the best and I've visited a few in my many years!! When our vehicle broke we were in need for a replaacement and found Nexcar. The Nexcar employee Dan Colling was very helpful, friendly, and knowledge. We were in a bind due to our credit. Me and my wife went to all the major dealerships in our area, and spent well over 2 weeks being told by all of them that it wouldn't be a problem for us to buy from them to all the major dealerships in our area, and spent well over 2 weeks being told by all of them that it wouldn't be a problem for us to buy from them. Low and behold none of them worked out. I was walking out of the store and picked up a green sheet. I started looking through it and saw an add for Nexcar. I called and spoke to Dan Collins. After explaining to him what my credit was like. He told me that Nexcar specializes in making deals for people like myself. So I was still a bit cautious about what he said. Again I already stopped at all the major dealerships and figured if they couldn't make a deal with me, how in the heck can this used car dealer do better than Ford, Dodge, Toyota, & Chevrolet. When I went in and spoke to Dan he again reassured me that they could help, and after talking to him for a while it started to be more relaxing . Needless to say I Drove out with a car that was still in my budget, and isn't to bad to drive either. I do appreciate all the help, and not letting me down another time.
