All I have to say is this is hands down the BEST DEALERSHIP I HAVE EVER BEEN TOO!!!!! From the moment I pulled up, someone was there helping me...I'm not a big fan of car shopping because in the pas DEALERSHIP I HAVE EVER BEEN TOO!!!!! From the moment I pulled up, someone was there helping me...I'm not a big fan of car shopping because in the past, not only did it take forever, but the sales guys smothered me to the point that I would just end up leaving, but not with Nexcar :) I was greeted when I pulled up, & someone was there the whole time helping me, but my sales guy, Iman, gave me space...I was able to browse around & when I decided which vehicle I like, we did the paperwork & I left...simple as that! Throughout the whole process, everyone I came in contact with was not only friendly, but also very professional. After I decided which car I wanted, 2009 Nissan Pathfinder, I went throught the process of getting approved...let's just say that I was in & out of there with my new car w/ in about 2 hours, which I couldn't believe. sooo we got a car and all was well. Until im pulling off the lot only to find the back window my son rolled down but i cant get it to roll back up. So i pull back in and they say come back and they ll fix i the lot only to find the back window my son rolled down but i cant get it to roll back up. But the next day i started the car only to find the change oil light was one and dinging. Henry was helpful and would say nothing bad about him. But the cars? Not sure if i would buy from there again. More

I contacted Scott through the internet about my Acura RDX. He was able to get the deal ready before I ever came in. I cannot comment about the finance office since I didn't finance but my purchase was relatively smooth.
