My experience today at Nexcar is as phenomenal. Mr Allan Diaz made sure I drove off the lot with a better car than I expected. Mr. Allan was understanding and very helpful. If I could give Nexcar less than one star I would. The salesman was amazing but aside from that this has been the most terrible car buying experience. For starters they sold us a 2014 Kia knowing that The salesman was amazing but aside from that this has been the most terrible car buying experience. For starters they sold us a 2014 Kia knowing that insurance companies were already dropping customers due to the fact that Kias are easily stolen. Shortly after buying the car our insurance company dropped us stating that they no longer offer full coverage on Kias older than 2020. We could not find an insurance company wanting the car. Upon calling to make our biweekly payments to Nexcar the payment manager told us that they could not accept payment without being fully insured. We requested to trade the car in for another car comparable to the Kia. Before we found out anything they repossessed the car for 2 missing payments. The payment department is incredibly rude and unprofessional. She hung up on us multiple times and when we requested to speak to someone different she refused. I would not recommend buying a car from Nexcar. They are terrible! More

I went to test drive a Tesla. The person I spoke to on the phone was not available so he sent me out with another salesperson who had no clue of how to operate a Tesla and no oth The person I spoke to on the phone was not available so he sent me out with another salesperson who had no clue of how to operate a Tesla and no other helpful information. I liked the car but no one ever followed up with a phone call. Not impressed at all with this dealership. Let's just say I won't be going back there because they clearly showed me their customer service sucks. More
