When u first purchase they won’t mention that you will have to pay TAX TITLE& License not included in down payment. Next after I purchased they hassled me about posting a review . Like xxxx can I get at least a week to get to know the vehicle first …So following the purchase the dealership recommended this insurance company right so I signed up just off recommendation. Tell me why two weeks later I get a call from the dealership saying my insurance bounced.I’m confused cause like why am I being charged within a two week frame I had just paid $200ish to get started so why another bill two weeks later. The insurance company told me the first bill was usually billed after two weeks of getting an active policy and then billed monthly.So the dealership said I had 24 hours to get full covered or they were coming to get the vehicle and I would have to pay between $500-$700 for a towers fee, bring insurance, and be up to date on payments …. Yeah lol- I’m like o I c what they’re doing .. tactic .. btw I switched insurance companies .. I’ll continue.. so 6 months in .. the car starts having A/C issues this is during the summer it’s hot right so I take it to the dealership and they say it’s the A/C compressor … 6 months in… anyways … my car note was high as a fein every two weeks - and the total amount financed whew - just go ask for the numbers. And you have to pay it or they’ll be right at your house or the references houses that you wrote down looking for the “unit” because after 1 day of a missed payment u do fall into default and “anything can happen to the vehicle” .. like u grocery shopping and come out and ur vehicle gone.. anything . A buy here pay here survivor More

If I could give Nexcar less than one star I would. The salesman was amazing but aside from that this has been the most terrible car buying experience. For starters they sold us a 2014 Kia knowing that The salesman was amazing but aside from that this has been the most terrible car buying experience. For starters they sold us a 2014 Kia knowing that insurance companies were already dropping customers due to the fact that Kias are easily stolen. Shortly after buying the car our insurance company dropped us stating that they no longer offer full coverage on Kias older than 2020. We could not find an insurance company wanting the car. Upon calling to make our biweekly payments to Nexcar the payment manager told us that they could not accept payment without being fully insured. We requested to trade the car in for another car comparable to the Kia. Before we found out anything they repossessed the car for 2 missing payments. The payment department is incredibly rude and unprofessional. She hung up on us multiple times and when we requested to speak to someone different she refused. I would not recommend buying a car from Nexcar. They are terrible! More
