I had no idea of the type of vehicle I wanted or what my budget would be. Losing your vehicle you don't really anticipate what to be on the lookout for next. So like most people I got my mother and we proceeded to go car shopping. We visited at least three different other car dealerships including carmax. I cannot even begin to describe the horrific experiences I had at the other car dealerships. so much so that I decided I wasn't going to purchase from them. You see I , myself am in sales and pride myself on my ability to take care of my customer and that's exactly what I look for in the representative trying to earn my business. Luckily upon visiting next car I was greeted by a energetic salesman named DJ. He allowed my mother and I time to browse the lot. This was greatly appreciated. I cannot stand a sales associate that will not leave me alone. The entire time that I worked with DJ he was helpful, knowledgeable and energetic. You could really tell that he took pride in where he worked and wanted to earn my business. Now like most buyers I did go online and do research on the Car I found. I found a 2011 Audi Q5 and I loved it. But I wanted to make sure that I was getting a fair deal. I still feel like they were slightly overpriced but I will spend more when I feel like the dealership cares about me and that's exactly how I felt. Purchase complete fast-forward a week and my sales associate DJ still checks in on me to make sure that I love my car. I knew this was the car I wanted but the price tag was a little much. So, I started looking around for the best car and deal I could find within my budget. When I found my car online, I called Phil with Nexcar in Spring. This guy is a hoot. Not only was he friendly but he was knowledgeable. He knew almost everything about the car and the one thing he wasn't sure of, he researched and educated me. I did my homework, got them in touch with my bank and the paperwork was ready for me to sign when I went to pick up the car. NO SITTING AT THE LOT ALL DAY LONG!!! I was in and out. Thank you Phil...
